Support and Digital Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated Support and Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various support tasks, conducting market research, creating engaging digital content, and assisting in graphic design projects.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of graphic designing principles, digital marketing strategies, and copywriting techniques. Additionally, they should be able to devise actionable strategies from customer insights and drive business growth by developing innovative ideas and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Tasks: Assist with responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Graphic Designing: Create visually appealing graphics, logos, and other visual elements to enhance our brand's identity.
  • Digital Content Creation: Develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of Graphic Designing: Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing: Understanding of digital marketing principles, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and social media marketing.
  • Knowledge of Copy Writing: Ability to write compelling and engaging content for various platforms.
  • Devising Actionable Strategies: Strong analytical skills to develop data-driven strategies that drive business growth.
