Sales Recovery Assistant

Maintains promotional database by inputting invoice and bill-back data.

Provides sales vs. projection results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports.

Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates; preparing and distributing monthly reports.

Prepares sales presentations by compiling data; developing presentation formats and materials.

Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

Achieves departmental objectives by completing related tasks as required.

Job Specification
  • Familiarity with Health and Safety policies and procedures ensuring a safe environment;
  • Provides safe, law-abiding transportation;
  • Submits reports in a timely manner and hands them over to the supervisor;
  • Maintains open communication with the manager and all other relevant staff;
  • Aware of and adheres to company guidelines;
  • Demonstrates compliance with company policies and procedures and commitment to company values;
  • Performs all other duties assigned by the supervisor.
