Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Salary: From Rs50,000.00 per month.

Job Description: We are seeking motivated employees for hybrid positions in USA-based projects. The position's primary responsibility is to make outbound or inbound calls and assist customers as per need. You should be articulate, conversational, have good typing/keyboard skills, and be comfortable with fast-paced work. Must have good oral and verbal communication skills.

  • Providing the first level of support, responding to a high volume of calls and e-mails from customers.
  • Assisting customers with a variety of questions, requests, and issues; effectively researching, documenting, tracking/monitoring customers' requests and issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Effectively communicating technical concepts, while taking into consideration the varying degrees of customers' technical experience.
  • Accurately inputting documents and recording customer issues using CRM tools.

Technical Requirements:

  • PC running Windows 10 Pro or Windows 10 Home.
  • Must have 8GB RAM with SSD, Core i3 or above.
  • USB Headset with noise-canceling microphone.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication (in person, writing, and phone) and listening skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude, analytical and problem-solving skills with knowledge of basic problem resolution/escalation processes.
  • The ability to learn new software products and how to troubleshoot these products and services.
  • Strong attention to detail, a high degree of accuracy, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Important Notes: This job is open only for Islamabad residents. Ability to commute/relocate to Islamabad is required.
