Job Description

As a UC & Collaboration Solutions Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and improving margins through tailored solutioning within your domain.

Collaborate with sales teams, external customers, and vendor partners to design and recommend advanced UC & Collab solutions, ensuring technical excellence and customer satisfaction.

  • Support the creation of Bill of Materials (BoM), quote generation, and solution validation for UC & Collab technologies.
  • Develop a working knowledge of UC & Collab platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, Zoom, Voice and Video systems, Contact Center solutions, and integrated meeting room technologies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging UC & Collab technologies, and vendor offerings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field – or equivalent experience.
  • At least one vendor competency certification in Microsoft Teams, Cisco Collaboration, Zoom, or other UC&C platforms is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams, vendor partners, and customers.
