Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a talented and driven Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled professional to connect with customers in the United States, informing them of our latest products and services while managing their relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong communication skills in English to effectively engage with customers.
  • Develop and maintain excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to build trust and loyalty.
  • Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
  • Prior experience in a call center or tele marketing role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A quiet working environment and reliable internet connection are required.

Working Hours:

Our team works flexible hours from 7 PM to 2 AM Pakistan Time.
