NETSOL Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced Corporate Affairs Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various administrative tasks, managing office operations, supervising guest house activities, developing and maintaining relationships with embassies, especially in Europe, handling visa processing and government office-related linkages, and serving as the primary point of coordination with the Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Head Office, including maintaining accurate records, preparing detailed reports, and managing budgets for administrative functions.
  • Guest House Management: Manage the guest house, ensuring a high standard of comfort, cleanliness, and safety for guests. Coordinate bookings, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently, and supervise guest house staff.
  • Visa and Embassy Coordination: Handle visa applications for employees, guests, and visitors, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements. Coordinate with consulates, embassies, and travel agencies for timely processing and recent updates/changes in visa policies.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain professional relationships with embassy officials and government departments to facilitate smooth processing. Arrange embassy appointments and manage associated correspondence and documentation.
  • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve issues related to administrative functions and guest services promptly. Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.

Requirements:

Education: 16 years of education: Master's Degree / 4-year Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Experience: 8+ years of experience in administrative roles, guest house management, or related areas.

Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of visa regulations and embassy protocols.
Proficiency in MS Office and administrative tools.
