Project Management Leader

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Leader to oversee signage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring excellence in execution and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution
    • Oversight of signage projects, including design, permitting, fabrication, and installation phases.
    • Development and management of project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Client Communication
    • Primary liaison with clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment with project goals.
    • Bulkilding and maintenance of strong relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Permitting and Compliance
    • Management of signage permitting processes, including securing required approvals from local authorities.
    • Ensuring compliance with regulations and collaborating with the permitting team to address any challenges that arise during the approval process.
  • Team Coordination
    • Closely working with design, fabrication, and installation teams to ensure all project requirements are met.
    • Assignment of tasks, monitoring progress, and resolution of issues to keep projects on track.
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure all signage meets quality standards and adheres to client specifications.
    • Conduct site visits and inspections to verify successful project execution.
  • Budget and Cost Management
    • Monitoring of project expenses, ensuring budgets are maintained without compromising quality.
    • Proactive identification of cost-saving opportunities.
  • Risk Management
    • Identification of potential project risks and development of mitigation strategies to minimize delays or challenges.
  • Reporting and Documentation
    • Maintenance of accurate project documentation, including permits, contracts, and progress reports.
    • Providing regular project updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
