About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated School Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day tasks, maintaining accurate student records, and facilitating effective communication with parents and staff.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support:
    • Manage correspondence, scheduling, and record-keeping efficiently.
    • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and school policies.
    • Ensure accurate maintenance of student records and databases.
    • Ccoordinate student admissions, enrollment, and withdrawal processes smoothly.
    • Respond promptly to student inquiries, concerns, and disciplinary matters.
    • Collaborate with teachers to support student well-being and academic progress effectively.
  • Parent Engagement:
    • Foster effective communication with parents regarding school events, policies, and student progress.
    • Respond to parent inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
    • Organize parent-teacher conferences and other engagement initiatives.
  • Staff Assistance:
    • Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of administrative and support staff.
    • Provide administrative support to school leadership and faculty as needed.
  • Event Planning:
    • Plan and execute school events such as orientations, graduation ceremonies, and cultural celebrations.
    • Coordinate logistics including venue booking, catering, and guest invitations.
  • Community Outreach:
    • Cultivate positive relationships with community organizations, local mosques, and educational institutions.
    • Represent the school at community events and outreach programs.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Previous experience in school administration or a similar role is preferred.
    • Familiarity with Islamic educational principles and values is an asset.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are required.
    • Proficiency in Office and Database management is necessary.
