Hubspot Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled HubSpot specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with HubSpot Sales Hub implementation and customization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring custom properties, pipelines, forms, and reports within the Sales Hub to meet business needs.

  • Customize HubSpot Sales Hub to align with business and sales process requirements.
  • Implement automations to streamline sales workflows and processes as required.

Data Migration:

The candidate will plan and execute the migration of data from Excel into HubSpot, ensuring accuracy and integrity throughout the process.

  • Perform data mapping, cleansing, and validation to ensure a seamless migration.

Automation Design:

The successful candidate will design and implement automation workflows within HubSpot to optimize sales funnel efficiency, including automating deal creation, lead assignments, and task management.

Basic Integration Knowledge:

Possess basic knowledge of integrating HubSpot with external systems, although this is not required for the current project.

Training and Support:

Provide onsite training and documentation to the internal sales team to facilitate smooth adoption of the HubSpot Sales Hub.

Offer post-implementation support within the scope of the contract to resolve any immediate issues.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience with HubSpot Sales Hub implementation and customization.
  • Expertise in data migration from Excel to HubSpot, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing automation workflows within HubSpot to improve sales processes.
  • Basic understanding of API integrations, although integration is not required for this project.
  • Ability to work onsite and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
