Job Title

We are seeking a professional to lead our tax services team. As a fast-paced and dynamic career opportunity, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality tax services to clients across various industries.

The role involves managing a team of experienced tax professionals, ensuring the delivery of integrated, consistent, quality services. You will also be responsible for tracking engagement economics and ensuring adherence to our Tax Quality guidelines.

To qualify for this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, taxation, or a related field. Additionally, you should hold an MBA, Master's degree, or equivalent advanced qualification, as well as professional certifications like CA, CPA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT.

Experience in large professional services companies is essential, with extensive knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards, tax rules, procedures, and guidelines. Practical experience of regulatory topics, including Prudential Reporting, Structural Reform, new accounting compliance innovation, and/or Business audit skills, is also required.

Ideal candidates will have experience dealing with multinational clients, working in multi-cultural environments, and possessing tax compliance, financial reporting, and ERP systems knowledge.
