Requirements for Success

To excel in this role, you will require:

  1. A bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, taxation, or a related field.
  2. An MBA, Master's, or advanced professional qualifications (CA, CPA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT).
  3. Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in a large professional services company or similar environment.
  4. Extensive knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards, tax rules, procedures, and guidelines.
