Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable processes to ensure timely payment and receipt of funds.
  • Perform thorough financial analysis and prepare detailed reports to support business decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable terms and pricing.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to prevent financial errors and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Professional certification in accounting or finance (e.g., CPA, CMA) is highly desirable.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the E-Learning industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential for accurate financial record-keeping and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities is essential for success in this role.
