Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned CFO to lead our financial operations in the Hyderabad cluster. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled professional to join our team and contribute to our growth.

The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including accounting, controlling, internal control, and corporate compliance. He/She will work closely with General Managers of SEP India, SAE Hyderabad, and SAE Services India, as well as finance directorates of respective central divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  2. Provide financial guidance and support to plant GMs and senior management.
  3. Analyze staffing needs to achieve targets and optimize human resources.
  4. Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities, including expense reductions, cash flow improvements, productivity enhancements, and government subsidies.
  5. Establish financial metrics, reporting formats, policies, and drive best practices across units.
  6. Report deviations and alerts timely to plant GMs and finance directorates, proposing mitigation or corrective actions.

Requirements:

Educational qualification: Master's degree in Accounting/Finance.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in team management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer focus skills.
  • Proven business and functional expertise, with strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage change, complex projects, and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong financial background in evaluating new business opportunities, managing costs, reporting, and budgeting.
  • Fluent in English; French language skills and SAP FI/CO knowledge are advantageous.

Preferred Skills:

  • French language proficiency is highly advantageous due to interactions with French-speaking entities.
  • Knowledge of SAP FI/CO is desirable.
