We are seeking a talented individual to join our organization and enhance our digital financial product. This person will collaborate with executives to create a user-friendly, comprehensive payment solution.

The ideal candidate possesses infinite curiosity and is passionate about making Digital Design better. They will create the overall user experience for a digital financial product solving all financial and end-user needs. You'll partner with senior leaders to create the future of digital payments.

We're looking for someone who will help create a product that is very simple to use, fulfills user requirements and is based on the progressive disclosure principle to solve all different kinds of challenges to act as the one-stop shop for all payment-related functions and evolve beyond.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all design and innovation aspects of our products and services. Follow through with modern, simple and elegant designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Work directly with senior leaders to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Manage a team of designers. Provide regular feedback on UX/UI and support them in any needs.
  • Transform the user experience, Transform the organization and Transform the design team.
  • Guide visual goals and branding for financial products.
  • Partner closely with marketing to communicate brand value.
  • Balance speed and quality, with a focus on tangible results.
  • Present your roadmap at company-wide check-ins.
  • Identify end-user needs and behavior through research, including observation, interviews, surveys, analytics, and user testing.
  • Lead teams to create and deliver high-quality digital experiences and artifacts (for example, user-experience patterns, wireframes, screens, prototypes, and design systems).
Qualifications
  • 4+ years experience as a creator
  • Attention to detail but still be able to aim for the larger vision
  • Proven record of shipping features on time and on budget
  • Creative and flexible in terms of designing and guiding the teams on the vision.
  • Organized and self-driven
  • Highly experienced in Figma, Framer and Adobe Illustrator or any visual designing software.
