: Part-Time Content Creator (Female)

Location: Faisal Town, Lahore (On-site)

Position Type: Part-Time (3 days per week)

Salary Range: PKR 20, ,000 per month (depending on experience)

The Role:

We are seeking a creative and confident female content creator to join our team. You will be the face and voice of our agency on social media, primarily focusing on creating high-impact Instagram Reels and short-form video content that drives engagement and builds our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, script, film, and edit engaging Reels that capture attention within the first 3 seconds (have a strong "hook").
  • Speak confidently and clearly on camera to present ideas, tips, and insights related to the marketing industry.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to brainstorm and execute content ideas that align with our content calendar and marketing goals.
  • Stay on top of the latest trends in reels, audio, and editing styles on Instagram and TikTok.
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, with a consistent tone and style.

Who You Are:

  • A female creator who is comfortable and natural speaking on camera.
  • You have excellent verbal communication skills and a relatable, engaging on-screen presence.
  • You have a proven understanding of what makes a video hook effective and how to keep viewers watching.
  • You are proficient in shooting and editing short-form vertical video (Reels/TikToks) using apps like CapCut, InShot, or native editing tools.
  • You are creative, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • You have a keen interest in social media marketing and trends.

Requirements
:

  • A portfolio or examples of previous Reels/short-form video content you have created.
  • Must be able to work on-site from our office in Faisal Town, Lahore for 3 days per week.
  • Own a modern smartphone with a high-quality camera.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
