Insurance Expert Position

Are you a strategic and innovative professional seeking a challenging role in insurance management? We are looking for an expert to drive growth, develop strategic partnerships, and ensure operational excellence across life, health, and non-life insurance.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of digital insurance, product management, and AI-powered solutions such as personalized policy recommendations, automated underwriting, and claims optimization. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric, compliant, and scalable insurance solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop digital-first insurance products in collaboration with underwriters, reinsurers, and partners.

  2. Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring ongoing optimization and performance tracking.

  3. Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies, handling documentation and regulatory engagement.

  4. Collaborate with product and tech teams to integrate insurance services seamlessly into the digital ecosystem.

  5. Manage API integrations with partners for real-time policy and claims data exchange.

  6. Optimize claims processes for speed, transparency, and customer trust, managing SLAs with insurance partners.

  7. Oversee the full insurance journey in the app, from onboarding to claim submission and renewal.

  8. Plan and prioritize new features, including AI-powered personalized policy recommendations, claims tracking, and premium reminders.

  9. Provide UX/UI guidance for a seamless user experience, especially for first-time insurance users.

  10. Improve customer support workflows, including AI-driven chatbots and FAQs.

  11. Monitor key performance metrics to identify opportunities for product and user experience improvements.

  12. Ensure insurance documents are user-friendly and downloadable within the app.

  13. Lead UAT for insurance-related app updates, ensuring quality and compliance.

  14. Manage financials for the insurance business, including budgets, forecasting, and ensuring profitability through pricing and product strategies.



Requirements:

  1. Experience with API-based insurance platforms or embedded insurance models.

  2. Familiarity with AI/ML in insurance (claims automation, fraud detection).

  3. Exposure to health tech, fintech, or digital financial services.

  4. Understanding of actuarial concepts and insurance pricing.

  5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and business modeling.

  6. Skilled in creating PowerPoint presentations for internal and partner discussions.

  7. Ability to analyze user analytics (e.g., Firebase, Google Analytics) for insights.

  8. Knowledge of insurance regulatory frameworks and compliance.
