Insurance Innovation Expert

This role requires a deep understanding of insurance innovation, regulatory frameworks, and market dynamics.

  • We are seeking an Insurance Innovation Expert to drive growth, strategic partnerships, and operational excellence across life, health, and non-life insurance.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in digital insurance, product management, and AI-powered solutions such as personalized policy recommendations, automated underwriting, and claims optimization.

The Insurance Expert will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric, compliant, and scalable insurance solutions.

Digital Insurance Product Development

This includes designing and developing digital-first insurance products for Fikrfree, in collaboration with underwriters, reinsurers, and partners.

  • Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring ongoing optimization and performance tracking.

Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies, handling documentation and regulatory engagement.

Claims Optimization

Optimize claims processes for speed, transparency, and customer trust, managing SLAs with insurance partners.

  • Manage API integrations with partners for real-time policy and claims data exchange.

Oversee the full insurance journey in the app, from onboarding to claim submission and renewal.

Key Performance Metrics

Monitor key performance metrics to identify opportunities for product and user experience improvements.

  • Improve customer support workflows, including AI-driven chatbots and FAQs.

Ensure insurance documents are user-friendly and downloadable within the app.
