Digital Marketing Strategist

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels.

Key Responsibilities include: Planning, launching, and managing high-converting PPC campaigns focused on lead generation and conversion. Researching keywords and audiences relevant to book publishing and self-publishing services. Writing compelling ad copy and collaborating with the creative team to design engaging ad creatives. Monitoring daily ad performance and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI (CTR, CPL, CPA, and ROAS). Running A/B tests for headlines, ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies. Managing ad budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns remain profitable and scalable. Tracking conversions and performance using Google Analytics and other tools. Generating weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights and improvement plans.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of hands-on PPC experience (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Strong background in lead generation and performance marketing (especially in the education or publishing space is a plus).
  • Ability to create, track, and analyze full-funnel campaigns.
  • Excellent copywriting and ad messaging skills, especially tailored to creative audiences.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and other ad tools.
  • Experience in managing budgets and scaling campaigns while maintaining cost-efficiency.
  • Organized, analytical, and results-oriented mindset.
