**Job Title:** E-Commerce Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our e-commerce operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Optimize product listings for clarity and conversion across all online platforms.
  • Regularly review the website to identify and correct errors or outdated information, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Monitor and manage product inventory levels to avoid stock issues and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Respond to customer reviews and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, maintaining brand trust and engagement.
  • Update visual content, including website banners, landing pages, and product photos, as needed to enhance the overall aesthetic and user experience.
  • Liaise with vendors to coordinate inventory management, place purchase orders, and track fulfillment status, ensuring timely delivery of products.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in an e-commerce-related role.
  • Proficiency with e-commerce tools and platforms.
  • Highly organized and self-sufficient, with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
