AI Integration Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and versatile professional to design, build, and refine AI systems that automate tasks and enhance productivity. This exciting opportunity involves leveraging cutting-edge AI solutions to optimize business processes and create innovative solutions for internal and external use.

The successful candidate will focus on integrating AI with various business functions to drive efficiency and innovation. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Designing and Building Custom AI Systems: Develop and implement custom AI systems to automate tasks like bank reconciliation, data summarization, and financial reporting.
  2. Integrating AI with SAP Modules: Integrate the AI system with SAP modules (e.g., FICO, inventory management, and production planning) to enable seamless data access and insights.
  3. Enabling Natural Language Queries: Allow users to access SAP data using natural language queries.
  4. Automating Business Processes: Automate repetitive business processes (e.g., inventory tracking, reporting, and order management).
  5. Researching and Implementing AI Tools: Research and implement AI tools like OpenAI, TensorFlow, or RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Zapier) to enhance AI capabilities.
  6. Creating Data-Driven Insights: Generate real-time business insights using AI analytics and create intuitive dashboards for stakeholders.
  7. Collaboration and Optimization: Collaborate with the founder to brainstorm AI-based solutions and prioritize projects.
  8. Testing and Optimizing AI Tools: Conduct testing and optimize AI tools for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
  9. Training Team Members: Train team members on using AI-driven systems to ensure smooth adoption.
  10. Market Research and Scalability: Research AI applications and best practices in footwear manufacturing and SAP integration to identify scalable solutions.
  11. Identifying New Opportunities: Identify all potential areas within the business that can benefit from AI integration, including supply chain, customer interactions, and production workflows.
  12. Developing End-to-End Solutions: Develop and implement AI-driven solutions to connect and optimize various functions, creating a fully integrated AI ecosystem.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Python and API integrations (experience with OpenAI API is a plus).
  • Familiarity with SAP modules and tools like OData or SAP BTP.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools like Zapier, UiPath, or Make (formerly Integromat).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration and documentation.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for learning and innovation.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience in AI applications for manufacturing (e.g., predictive maintenance, quality control).
  • Knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
