Job Overview

We are looking for a Landbot Specialist to lead the development of high-impact conversational flows and integrate them with our automation and AI stack. You will play a key role in building chatbot experiences that are central to our user journey, while contributing to broader automation initiatives in collaboration with our tech team.

This is a hands-on technical role, perfect for someone who thrives in an innovative environment, values autonomy, and enjoys working at the cutting edge of conversational automation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and maintain advanced Landbot chatbot flows for web and WhatsApp use cases.
  2. Optimize and evolve chatbot logic to meet user needs, reduce friction, and improve engagement.
  3. Integrate Landbot bots with back-end systems, APIs, and automation platforms such as n8n and Make.com.
  4. Support the implementation of AI-driven features in bots (e.g., GPT-based assistants, custom logic, language routing).
  5. Ensure chatbot solutions are scalable, maintainable, and well-documented.
Must-Have Skills
  1. Strong hands-on experience with Landbot (flow builder, variables, APIs, webhooks, WhatsApp bot setup).
  2. Experience integrating chatbots with back-end systems, CRMs, or external services using APIs.
  3. Familiarity with conversational UX design principles and best practices.
  4. Experience with automation tools like n8n, Make.com, or similar.
  5. Solid understanding of API workflows, JSON, and webhook configurations.
  6. Good written and spoken English.
  7. Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  1. Experience with Python for automation logic or AI integrations.
  2. Understanding of WhatsApp Business API structure and limitations.
  3. Experience deploying AI-powered assistants (e.g., GPT via OpenAI or Azure).
  4. Familiarity with secure automation principles and structured data handling.
