Backend AI/ML Developer Position

We are seeking an experienced Backend AI/ML Developer to join our Faisalabad team.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Backend Development, AI/ML frameworks, and DevOps, with hands-on experience in LLM, NLP, and Computer Vision projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain backend systems using Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django).
  • Build and deploy AI/ML models, including LLMs, NLP, and Computer Vision solutions.
  • Integrate models into production systems with optimized performance.
  • Work on MLOps pipelines and deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
  • Collaborate with data engineers, frontend developers, and product managers.
  • Monitor, optimize, and maintain deployed applications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Languages/Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, OpenAI APIs
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
Benefits and Requirements:
  • Experience: 4+ years in Python AI/ML Development (Backend)
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Location Preference: Faisalabad (Onsite availability is mandatory)
