Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating and maintaining machinery, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operate machines and equipment safely and effectively
  • Maintain machine setup and calibration to ensure smooth production cycles
  • Monitor and adjust machine functions and settings as needed
  • Feed raw materials or parts to semi-automated machines
  • Inspect parts using precision and measuring tools to ensure quality
  • Test machine operation periodically to guarantee smooth running
  • Resolve issues during shifts and implement solutions
  • Check output for machine-related errors or flaws
  • Maintain records of approved and defective units or final products
  • Log machine activity in respective areas/sections
  • Ensure section cleanliness and workers' PPE compliance with HSE and audit requirements
  • Record daily production on Machine
  • Propose process improvements in the section

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing company
