Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Power Automation Developer to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of automated workflows across various business processes using Microsoft Power Automate and the broader Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop efficient workflows using Power Automate (Flow) to automate business operations.
  • Integrate flows with Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel, and OneDrive.
  • Connect to and integrate with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, and external data sources using custom connectors.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure successful adoption.
  • Develop reusable components and environment-variable driven flows for scalable deployments.
  • Support solution packaging and deployment across environments (Dev, Test, Prod).
  • Provide documentation, user training, and technical support for automated solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with other Power Platform tools like Power Apps and Dataverse as needed.
  • Maintain best practices for governance, security, error handling, and auditing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Power Automate (Cloud Flows).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform components (Power Apps, Dataverse, Power BI).
  • Strong proficiency in using HTTP actions, working with JSON, and connecting to APIs.
  • Experience in building and managing Custom Connectors.
  • Deep understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Azure AD).
  • Understanding of environment variables, solutions, and managed/unmanaged deployments.
  • Experience with error handling, parallel branches, condition-based logic, and looping constructs in Power Automate.
  • Ability to read and manipulate data formats (JSON, XML).
  • Experience with Microsoft Graph API and OAuth2 authentication.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or PowerShell scripting.
  • Knowledge of Common Data Service (Dataverse).
  • Experience in multi-tenant deployment strategies and governance.
