Job Overview
The Quality Management System (QMS) Specialist will play a key role in ensuring the company's management system aligns with ISO standards. This involves reviewing policies and SOPs, identifying process gaps, and recommending best-practice improvements.
Key Tasks and Deliverables- Review and update SOPs, policies, and templates to ensure alignment with ISO standards.
- Maintain and improve the company's Quality Management System (QMS).
- Identify gaps in company policies, SOPs, and manuals and recommend best practices.
- Develop process flows for SOPs and standardize company templates/forms.
- Update and manage the QMS tracker, ensuring document alignment with ISO 9001:2015.
- Organize meetings with process owners and stakeholders as required.
- Communicate QMS updates to employees.
- Generate reports and maintain a reporting dashboard.
- Perform other related tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Experience:
A Master's/Bachelor's degree in Quality Management or a relevant field is required. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, strong knowledge of ISO Standards (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001), and Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001 are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & Visio, experience with BPMN & EPC diagram tools, strong knowledge of business process modeling, and excellent English communication skills (spoken & written) are also necessary.
