Financial Operations Coordinator
Job Description:We seek a detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to manage financial operations, assist in account management, and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Enter and maintain accurate records of invoices, receipts, and petty cash vouchers.
- Reconcile bank accounts and update ledgers.
- Generate invoices and follow up on payments.
- Prepare payment documents for review and approval.
- Compile documents for tax filing and reporting.
- Utilize Google Sheets/MS Excel for daily accounting tasks.
- Identify basic errors or discrepancies and flag them for resolution.
- Keep internal financial databases updated and organized.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- Up to 6 months of relevant internship or work experience (Fresh grads are encouraged to apply).
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks Online is a plus).
- Working knowledge of Excel (formulas, formatting, basic reports).
- Strong numerical accuracy and data entry skills.
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
