Senior Frontend Engineer Role

As a Senior Software Engineer - Frontend at Motive, you will design and architect fleet products, mentoring junior developers and making architectural design decisions for new features.

You will lead medium to large complexity frontend projects involving teams of 2+ developers and be involved in code reviews, tech stack updates, and hiring great new talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead frontend project development for new product features.
  • Make architectural design decisions and plan dev milestones.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product owners, designers, and QA on project execution.
  • Provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
  • Ensure high-quality code base through code reviews.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4+ years of frontend development experience in major frameworks/stacks like Angular, React, Vue.
  • Mid-advanced knowledge of Angular framework is beneficial.
  • Experience leading complex frontend projects with architecture and design decision-making.
  • Strong software design and architecture skills.
  • Agile methodology experience.
