  • Own the Product Strategy & Vision: Lead the strategy and vision for product areas, ensuring alignment with broader company goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, business development, and sales teams to define and validate product requirements.
  • Define and Prioritize Features: Develop comprehensive business cases and product roadmaps. Translate complex business and technical requirements into clear user stories and product features.
  • Performance and Impact Metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success criteria for your products. Measure and analyze product performance, iterating based on real-world usage.
  • Lead Product Development: Act as the primary Product Owner for the team, driving the product development process, grooming the backlog, and leading product iteration cycles.
About the Role:

This role requires a seasoned professional who can take ownership of product strategy and vision, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive product development and growth. You will be responsible for defining and prioritizing features, developing business cases, and translating complex requirements into actionable user stories. Additionally, you will lead product development, act as the primary Product Owner, and drive the product development process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and validate product requirements.
  • Define and prioritize features, develop business cases, and translate complex requirements into clear user stories.
  • Measure and analyze product performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes accordingly.
  • Act as the primary Product Owner, driving the product development process, grooming the backlog, and leading product iteration cycles.
Requirements:

  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools, such as Jira or Asana.
