Textile Sourcing Expert

We seek an experienced textile sourcing professional to drive strategic partnerships with suppliers, optimize procurement processes, and ensure seamless order execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Coordinate product development, including sampling, pricing negotiations, and approval processes.
  • Manage vendor evaluations on quality, capacity, compliance, and pricing.
  • Oversee production status and resolve any issues that may impact timelines.
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to orders, approvals, samples, and production.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Textile/Fashion Merchandising, Apparel Management, or Business.
  • 20+ years of experience in textile merchandising, sourcing, or buying.
  • Proven expertise in fabric types, trims, production processes, dyeing, and printing techniques.
  • Strong understanding of vendor communication, sampling, and costing principles.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with a focus on quality assurance coordination and team management.
  • Proficient in Excel, ERP systems, and T&A tracking tools.
