About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Development Specialist to join our team in a key role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end product development process, from inception to shipment, ensuring high-quality products are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement product strategies that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and timely execution of projects.
  • Manage vendor relationships to negotiate prices, quality, and delivery terms.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, or a related field.
  • At least 4-5 years of proven experience in merchandising.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
