An experienced Walmart Dropshipping & WFS Specialist to take charge of end-to-end management of our Walmart Marketplace operations, ensuring seamless execution and efficient results.

Main Objectives:

  • Maximize Product Visibility: Utilize Walmart Seller Center to create, optimize, and manage product listings, focusing on keyword optimization, A+ content integration, and catalog enhancement.
  • Streamline Dropshipping Operations: Develop strong relationships with third-party dropship suppliers, efficiently process and track orders from multiple dropship vendors, guarantee timely and accurate order fulfillment and shipping confirmation, and effectively address inventory, order delay, and out-of-stock item concerns.
  • Excel at WFS Management: Set up and manage products for WFS, oversee inbound shipments to Walmart fulfillment centers, monitor inventory levels and replenishment within WFS, and maintain optimal performance metrics such as shipping speed, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Boost Performance & Analytics: Continuously monitor key performance indicators such as order defect rate, late shipment rate, and seller score, thoroughly examine sales reports to enhance profitability and minimize returns or cancellations, pinpoint growth opportunities, and develop strategies to elevate sales performance.
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction & Compliance: Promptly respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints in a timely manner, and strictly adhere to Walmart policies concerning returns, refunds, and seller performance.

Necessary Skills & Qualifications:

  • Established experience in managing Walmart Marketplace, encompassing both dropshipping and WFS.
  • Knowledgeable about Walmart Seller Center, inventory systems, and shipping integrations.
  • Thorough understanding of Walmart's policies, SEO best practices, and performance metrics.
  • Experience working with tools such as Deliverr, ShipStation, GeekSeller, or similar platforms.
  • Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
  • Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
