
Sales and Business Development Professional

As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through the sale of property units. Your primary responsibility will be to establish strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and providing them with tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and be able to effectively communicate this knowledge to potential clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on these leads.
- Work closely with clients to understand their evolving needs and preferences, providing timely updates and adjustments to meet these demands.
- Conduct site visits and demonstrations to showcase properties and provide clients with a comprehensive understanding of their options.
- Meet and exceed established sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth and expansion of our client base.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of professional working experience in sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
