
Operations Coordinator

This role involves overseeing various supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, and asset management. The Supply Chain Associate will work under the supervision of senior professionals to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate procurement activities, verify requisition forms, and obtain necessary information.
- Assist in preparing tender documents, soliciting bids, and analyzing quotations.
- Monitor open requisitions, coordinate with suppliers, and track contractual agreements.
- Review vendor invoices, prepare payment requests, and coordinate with Finance for timely payments.
- Conduct market surveys to identify potential suppliers/service providers and evaluate them based on quality, prices, and services.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management, with three years of relevant experience; or High school diploma with five years of relevant experience.
- Certification in Procurement, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management is advantageous.
Skills and Qualifications:
- High computer literacy.
- Ability to work with national and international institutions.
- Strong report writing, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to establish resource requirements aligned with organizational needs.
