Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and adaptable individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in administration, vendor management, and operational tasks.

  • This position involves managing day-to-day administrative functions to ensure smooth office operations and promote a productive work environment.
  • You will frequently travel (up to 70%) to visit vendors, suppliers, and external sites to manage relationships and oversee service delivery.
  • As a liaison between us and vendors, you will negotiate contracts, oversee deliveries, and follow up on service agreements to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Maintaining organized records and efficiently managing office supplies is crucial to support ongoing operations and minimize interruptions.
  • You will support logistics and procurement activities by coordinating with various stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery of necessary resources.
  • Drafting professional emails and maintaining crucial documentation will facilitate effective internal and external communications.
  • Handling basic reporting using computer tools and software such as Excel will provide insights into operational performance.
  • You will assist in setting up new processes and initiatives to enhance productivity and address operational challenges inherent in a growing organization.
  • Providing hands-on support for various tasks as needed demonstrates versatility and teamwork in a collaborative culture.
