  • Maintain accurate patient records in EMR/EHR systems.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and service delivery.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in a US healthcare setting (DME or patient coordination preferred).

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems is a plus.
