Organizational Development Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Organizational Development Specialist to develop, implement, and manage organizational development initiatives in our textile digital printing sector.

The ideal candidate will work closely with department leadership to ensure that organizational goals and objectives are met through effective people management strategies and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop strategic people management programs for the textile digital department, including performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
  2. Collaborate with department leaders to identify and address organization development needs and opportunities.
  3. Conduct assessments of current organizational structures, systems, and processes to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Develop change management initiatives to support the organization's growth and development.
  5. Develop training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Collaborate with HR to ensure policies and procedures support the organization's goals.
  6. Develop new SOPs, policies, job descriptions, and documents as per best standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Age up to 35 years.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in organization development or related field.

Strong knowledge of organization development principles and best practices.

Experience in change management and process improvement initiatives.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.

Strong project management skills.

OD related certificates required.
