Finance Strategy Manager

This role is responsible for driving long-term financial planning, ensuring the company is positioned for successful expansion and growth.

About the Role:

The Senior Finance Manager will play a critical role in shaping financial governance, leading investment market research to identify new opportunities, geographic expansion, and strategic partnerships. This position has a clear progression path to Head of Finance and will be instrumental in securing the company's financial future.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  2. Market Research & Investment: Conduct market research to identify new investment opportunities, including emerging technologies, strategic partnerships, and geographic expansion.
  3. Mergers & Acquisitions: Lead financial due diligence, valuation, and risk analysis for M&A opportunities, ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives.
  4. Treasury & Cash Flow Management: Optimize capital allocation, ensuring financial stability and funding for future investments.
  5. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and requirements, working closely with legal and audit teams.
  6. Investor Relations: Support the CFO in investor engagements, preparing reports and financial disclosures aligned with public market expectations.
  7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with leadership to align financial and market strategies with business objectives.


Requirements:

  1. A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
  2. Experience in a software services company is essential.
  3. A proven track record in financial modeling, strategic forecasting, and investment analysis is required.
  4. Experience in M&A, including deal structuring, financial due diligence, and post-merger integration is desirable.
  5. Strong ability to conduct market research and analyze investment opportunities for global expansion is necessary.
  6. Excellent stakeholder management, investor relations, and strategic advisory skills are required.
  7. Fluency in English communication and the ability to present financial strategies to executives is essential.
