
Senior Amazon Specialist: Driving Growth Through Data-Driven Strategies

We're seeking an Amazon Brand Manager with expert-level skills and a proven track record in scaling Amazon private label brands. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel in advanced optimisation, brand building, and PPC strategy, and are excited about driving growth through innovative sales and marketing techniques, we want you to contribute to our team.
As a key member of our brand management team, you'll own a selection of our Amazon brands, focusing on increasing sales and profits while developing long-term strategies. Your responsibilities include designing sophisticated traffic and conversion strategies, leading new product research and launches, and continually optimising performance through an analytical approach. You'll also manage the overall health and day-to-day operations of the Amazon accounts at both brand and product levels.
You will report directly to our Head of Amazon and collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale brands, maximise profitability, and explore new growth opportunities. Your ability to manage advanced Amazon PPC campaigns, optimise ASINs, and leverage other growth levers will be critical to your success.
Core Responsibilities- Strategic Sales Growth: Develop and implement advanced strategies to boost sales, improve profitability, and expand our brands into new Amazon markets. Coordinate impactful new product launches using data and consumer insights.
- Advanced Amazon PPC Campaign Management: Manage Amazon PPC campaigns, utilising Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads to drive traffic and conversions. Collaborate with teams to develop innovative advertising strategies, optimising for TACoS, ROAS, and profit. Identify growth opportunities with tailored strategies for each brand.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyse performance data to identify trends and actionable insights. Monitor KPIs like CTR, CVR, ACoS, TACoS, and conversion rates to refine strategies. Translate data into recommendations to maximise sales and profits.
- Listing Optimisation & Conversion Excellence: Oversee listing optimisation, including keyword research, titles, bullet points, imagery, and A+ Content. Monitor ASIN performance, rankings, and reviews to maintain high standards. Continuously improve listings for better visibility and conversions.
- Inventory and Product Development: Work with the team to forecast demand and manage stock levels across marketplaces. Identify emerging product trends and contribute to the entire process from ideation to launch.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution. Share expertise and foster a culture of excellence.

- Minimum 4+ years of Amazon-specific experience, with a proven track record in scaling private label brands and executing advanced PPC strategies.
- Deep knowledge of Amazon's advertising ecosystem, including campaign structures, bid optimisation, and keyword targeting. Experience with DSP and non-Amazon paid marketing is a bonus.
- Proficiency in analysing performance metrics to make data-driven decisions.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent professional experience preferred.
