The Front Desk Officer is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and ensuring their needs are met. This role involves greeting guests, directing them to the appropriate person or resource, answering and routing phone calls, handling incoming/outgoing mail and emails, and providing basic administrative support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and colleagues.
- Manage front desk operations, including responding to queries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as necessary.
- Answer and route phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and emails, maintaining accurate records and following up on outstanding items.
- Support basic administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
- Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
