We are seeking a highly motivated Research Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

About the Role

This is a full-time commission-based role where you will be responsible for sourcing expert profiles for client projects. Your primary goal will be to identify and engage with experts who can provide high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sourcing Experts
  • Search for and sign up experts on our website
  • Verify the qualifications and experience of potential experts
Expert Management
  • Manage expert relationships and ensure they meet client requirements
  • Maintain open communication channels with experts and clients
Client Engagement
  • Work with clients to understand their project needs and requirements
  • Present expert options to clients and facilitate matches

Work Commitment

You must dedicate a total of 8 hours per day to this role. Timing is flexible, but consistent effort is required to meet targets.

Understanding Credits & Submissions

A 'credit' is earned when an expert you sign up completes the following process:

  1. Signs up on our website
  2. Completes any required screening questions
  3. Is submitted to a client for consideration by the project coordinator
  4. Completes a 60-minute call with the client

A submission refers to each expert you source who signs up at our website, completes any required screening questions, and is submitted to the client for consideration by the project coordinator.

Commission-Based Structure

This is a fully commission-based role with the following structure:

For every credit:

$3 per expert submission (An expert is considered submitted when they sign up on our website, complete any required screening, and are submitted to a client.)

Example Earnings

30 expert submissions = 30 × $3 = $90

Total potential earnings for 10 credits and 30 submissions: $890
