Job Title: Senior Full Stack Engineer

About the Role

As a Software Engineer, you will be part of a team designing components and services for new feature developments, implementing scalable architecture and working collaboratively with an enthusiastic team to contribute to robust projects that drive business growth.

A key aspect of your role will be to create custom tools that enhance sales processes, data visibility, and marketing strategies tailored for large accounts, and help implement cost-effective in-house solutions to replace or augment current software products.

In this position, you will constantly evaluate emerging technologies and provide strategic, innovative, and cost-effective solutions that increase efficiency and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and document scalable solutions
  • Write secure, maintainable code that powers our platform to grow
  • Launch and support features that enable growth, marketing, and sales teams to deliver value with high efficiency
  • Lead code reviews and guide software architecture decisions
  • Determine technical feasibility of features for the product team
Requirements
  • 3+ years of software development experience
  • Computer Science degree or a related field
  • An affinity for creating software that is extensible, performant, and easy to read
  • Strong programming skills in one or more languages: Ruby (Rails), GoLang, Java, Python, or NodeJS
  • Hands-on frontend development experience
  • Understanding of machine learning models and techniques
  • Experience with LLMs and deep learning models a plus
  • Solid understanding of relational databases preferably Postgres or MySQL
  • Experience with CI/CD and version control (preferably Git)
