As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance business growth through retention, virality, and conversion improvement.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Drive Business Expansion: Create, launch, and maintain features designed to boost key business metrics such as retention, virality, and conversion.
  2. Ensure Software Delivery: Assist in pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases to guarantee software products are delivered as premium services.
  3. Analyze Data Insights: Analyze data directly to inform strategic business decisions.
  4. Enhance System Efficiency: Work on initiatives to enhance system efficiency and productivity, including improving metrics, analytics, and experimentation infrastructure.

Requirements:

  4. Rapidly Growing Products Experience: Have worked on products experiencing rapid growth, with a focus on well-crafted and scalable work.
  5. Adaptability and Continuous Learning: Quick to learn new technologies, viewing them as tools rather than ideologies.

This is a full-time, remote position. If based outside Finland or internationally eligible for a visa, relocation assistance and costs are covered after the first year.
