The role involves overseeing the operational performance of various departments within an organization. This includes creating and implementing administrative strategies to monitor business progress, managing staff activities, and supervising facilities operations.
- Create and implement effective administrative systems to manage business operations
- Manage and direct administrative staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Supervise facilities management to ensure optimal use of resources
- Interact with other department heads to ensure seamless coordination of administrative operations
- Develop inventory control systems to optimize stock management
- Support front desk management in handling visitor and member relations
- Assist the financial department in budget preparation and report generation
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering and routing telephone calls efficiently
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- High level of accuracy in preparing and entering information
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build strong working relationships with senior management and administrative personnel
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT) and computer skills including spreadsheet and word processing programs
- MS Office certification
- Experience in administrative management
- Knowledge of inventory control systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills
