Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced SMB Outbound Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities through high-volume cold calling and making outbound calls to prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Demonstrate our software to prospective clients, highlighting its value proposition.
- Conduct surveys to understand client pain points and align our solution accordingly.
- Educate clients about our technology platform and operations, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads and provide accurate forecasts for revenue growth.
- Develop a deep understanding of market trends to enable consultative insights.
- 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, preferably with B2B international clients.
- A proven track record of success in full-cycle sales, including prospecting, demonstrations, and closing deals.
- Strong ownership attitude from initial contact through to deal closure.
- Ability to build rapport with executive decision-makers and influence outcomes through effective communication.
- Data-driven mindset for charting short, medium, and long-term sales goals.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, with exposure to US/UK/Canada B2B customers.
