Our organization is seeking an accomplished Field Recovery Specialist to join our team. This key role focuses on achieving assigned recovery targets for non-performing loans and written-off portfolios.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Achieve assigned recovery targets through efficient collection and recovery management.
  • Guarantee timely field visits to delinquent customers, following a well-planned schedule to meet collection targets.
  • Evaluate accounts and classify them as non-performing loans or loss, ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks and internal procedures.
  • Deliver exemplary customer service in all interactions, addressing queries and complaints promptly.
  • Proactively manage collections by following up with defined frequency, delivering recovery letters, and conducting regular portfolio reviews.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.
  • Over 1 year of experience in collection and recovery.
  • Strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, sound communication, and interpersonal skills.
