Imagine yourself as a key architect in designing solutions that integrate with our customers' SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed solution designs from high-level use cases, leading the post-sales technical onboarding process.
  • Translate business processes into API calls, data models, event triggers, and AI-powered automation flows.
  • Pilot and launch new app connectors, authentication flows, and two-way data syncs to enhance customer experiences.
  • Lead discovery workshops, document requirements, and create statements of work to ensure successful project implementation.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot live integrations, optimize performance, and provide clear hand-off documentation.
  • Collect and share customer feedback with product and engineering teams, developing reusable templates for efficient integration.
  • Train customer success and support teams on best-practice implementation patterns to guarantee seamless adoption.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in REST/JSON, HTTP, webhooks, and OAuth 2.0 (SAML/JWT is an added advantage).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in solutions engineering, professional services, or systems integration for SaaS.
  • Ability to communicate complex architectures effectively to both developers and business stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one iPaaS/workflow tool (Zapier, Make, n8n, Workato, Tray, etc).
  • Strong requirements-gathering, business-analysis, and project-scoping skills.
  • Experience in creating custom agents.
  • Proficiency in coding a popular language (Python, JavaScript, Ruby, etc).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering (or equivalent real-world expertise).

  • Exposure to prompt engineering or LLM-driven automation.
  • Knowledge of GraphQL, gRPC, or enterprise-grade authentication methods.
  • Background in B2B SaaS domains such as CRM, marketing automation, or support platforms.
