Strategic Business Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying and analyzing business needs, developing solutions, and implementing process improvements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and goals
- Defining and mapping current and future process flows to identify areas for improvement
- Designing Target Operating Models (TOMs) to achieve business objectives
- Conducting gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements
- Eliciting requirements through facilitated discussions and documentation
- Creating user stories under Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) methodology
- Refining solutions with architectural and development teams
- Analyzing options and mapping data to inform decision-making
- Supporting user acceptance testing to ensure solution quality
- Analyzing operational design and impact on business operations
- Managing stakeholders effectively to communicate solutions and progress
The ideal candidate will have:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Autonomy, initiative, and quick learning ability
- Identify priorities, risks, and problems, and suggest solutions
