Senior Business Analyst Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying and analyzing business needs, developing solutions, and implementing process improvements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and goals
  • Defining and mapping current and future process flows to identify areas for improvement
  • Designing Target Operating Models (TOMs) to achieve business objectives
  • Conducting gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Eliciting requirements through facilitated discussions and documentation
  • Creating user stories under Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) methodology
  • Refining solutions with architectural and development teams
  • Analyzing options and mapping data to inform decision-making
  • Supporting user acceptance testing to ensure solution quality
  • Analyzing operational design and impact on business operations
  • Managing stakeholders effectively to communicate solutions and progress
