We are seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and build strong relationships with international clients.

This role requires a professional with a deep understanding of global financial standards and exceptional client-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client-Facing Responsibilities:
    • Act as the primary financial advisor and point of contact for international clients.
    • Deliver high-quality financial reports, analysis, and insights tailored to client-specific needs.
    • Address client inquiries and resolve financial issues promptly and professionally.
  • Financial Operations:
    • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial controls for both internal and client accounts.
    • Prepare accurate financial statements in compliance with IFRS and US GAAP.
    • Monitor and manage client account performance, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines and deliverables.
  • Compliance & Reporting:
    • Ensure compliance with local and international tax and regulatory requirements.
    • Coordinate with auditors to meet both internal and client-specific audit needs.
  • Leadership & Collaboration:
    • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to meet client expectations.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
    • Implement best practices in financial management for internal operations and client accounts.

A successful candidate should hold ACCA, ICMA, CA (Finalist or Qualified), MBA Finance, or equivalent qualifications. We also require at least 5 years of experience in financial management, including 2 years in client-facing roles. International client experience is highly preferred.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced Excel proficiency, financial modeling, and data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and tax regulations.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills to interact with clients effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Leadership skills to manage teams and ensure smooth client operations.
