Senior Financial Strategist

This leadership role is responsible for driving the company's financial performance by developing and executing strategies that align with overall business objectives.

  • The Senior Financial Strategist will lead the development of annual budgets, provide insightful recommendations to senior management, and oversee financial planning and analysis processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and reporting requirements across various jurisdictions.
  • Manage treasury functions, including cash flow management, working capital optimization, and risk management strategies to enhance financial stability and liquidity.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to drive efficiency, mitigate risks, and maximize profitability.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 15 years experience as Finance Manager, Accounting and Reporting.
  • Proven track record of strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of financial and accounting software applications, including JD Edwards and MS Office suite.
  • Hands-on experience with Pakistan's Statutory laws.

Education and Technical Expertise:

  • ACCA, CIMA, CA.
  • Knowledge of analytical reporting tools and techniques.
