Role Overview:

This position calls for a leader with strong artistic flair and expertise in spearheading creative design projects. You will be responsible for crafting original designs that capture the essence of our brand across various print and electronic media fronts and user interfaces.

As an Art Director, you will work collaboratively with a technical graphic designer to bring your vision to life. The designer will handle software skills required to convert your directive into practical working UI models.

Our team employs cutting-edge technologies on the IBM WebSphere Portal platform, and your vision will give our software and web products the visual brilliance they deserve.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of creative design projects from concept to completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and technology.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver high-quality results.
Requirements:
  1. 2+ years of experience in designing print or electronic media fronts and user interfaces.
  2. A degree in fine arts or equivalent design exposure.
  3. Highly creative thinking and innovative problem-solving skills.
  4. Basic design software skills (Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash).
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  1. Advanced design software skills.
  2. Diploma in any industry-standard graphic design software.
